Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-4-2 - Inspection of license

Each commissioner or representative of the commission, and each organization, facility manager or facility owner licensee is hereby designated by the commission as an agent of the commission for purposes of inspecting the license of any person located in a restricted area at a racetrack facility. Each commissioner or representative of the commission, and each organization, facility manager or facility owner licensee is hereby designated by the commission as an agent of the commission for purposes of inspecting the documents relating to any horse or greyhound at the racetrack facility.
