Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-4-21a - Kennel owner license

(a) Each applicant for a kennel owner license shall:

(1) be the owner or partial owner of a kennel registered pursuant to K.A.R. 112-4-21 ; and

(2) have a current kennel contract with an organization licensee.
