Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-4-3 - Knowledge of the law and regulations

Each licensee, to maintain qualifications for any license held, shall know the provisions of the Kansas parimutuel racing act, the requirements of these racing regulations, and each amendment to the law and regulations relating to the licensee's occupation license.
