Kan. Admin. Regs. § 112-4-9 - Financial responsibility of applicants

Upon request of the commission, each applicant for a license as a horse or greyhound owner or trainer shall submit satisfactory evidence of financial ability to care for and maintain the racing animals owned or trained, or both, by the owner or trainer.
