Kan. Admin. Regs. § 115-18-9 - Furharvester license; unlicensed observer and restrictions
(a) If a
non-participating observer accompanies a licensed furharvester who is engaged
in furharvesting, the observer shall not be required to have a furharvester
license.
(b) A non-participating
observer shall be defined as an individual who, while accompanying a licensed
furharvester, does not engage in or attempt to engage in any of the following:
(1) Carrying or using any equipment that is
used in an activity requiring a furharvester license;
(2) controlling or training any dog that is
or can be used for an activity requiring a furharvester license; or
(3) assisting a licensed furharvester in any
manner that would otherwise require a furharvester license.
