Kan. Admin. Regs. § 115-22-1 - Sport shooting ranges; generally accepted operating practices
The following chapters and articles in "the range manual" of the national rifle association, as revised in June 1998, are hereby adopted by reference as the regulations of the department establishing generally accepted operating practices for sport shooting ranges.
(a) In the "introduction" in section one, the
following articles:
(1) "Article 1.
introduction";
(2) "article 3.
manual organization"; and
(3)
"article 4. terminology";
(b) in chapter two of section one, "safety
plan," the following articles:
(1) "Article
1. general";
(2) "article 2.
safety planning";
(3) "article 3.
general administrative regulations"; and
(4) "article 4. general range commands"; and
(c) in chapter six of
section one, "sound abatement on shooting ranges," the following articles:
(1) "Article 1. general";
(2) "article 2. definitions"; and
(3) "article 3. concepts and methodology."
