Kan. Admin. Regs. § 117-6-4 - Education; denial or revocation of course approval

(a) After notice and opportunity for a hearing, approval of a course that is offered to meet the prelicensing requirements may be denied or revoked by the board if the course does not fulfill the requirements listed in K.A.R. 117-2-1, K.A.R. 117-3-1, or K.A.R. 117-4-1.
(b) After notice and opportunity for a hearing, approval or renewal of a course that is offered to meet the continuing education requirements may be denied or revoked by the board if the course does not fulfill the requirements listed in K.A.R. 117-6-2 and K.A.R. 117-6-3.
