Kan. Admin. Regs. § 12-2-11 - Certification of election results
a. Certification If no objections are filed within the time set forth above, and if no run-off election is to be held, the board or its agent shall forthwith issue to the parties a certification of the results of the election, including certification of representative, where appropriate. All employee organizations shall be certified as of the last day of the election.
