Kan. Admin. Regs. § 12-2-17 - Strikes or lockout
In the case of an alleged violation of K.S.A. 44-820(d) or K.S.A. 44-829(a), the board or its agent may handle the case as expeditiously as possible by waiving normal time limitations.
