Kan. Admin. Regs. § 123-12-321 - Conduct regarding visitors and the public
(a) Each offender
shall treat all visitors and other members of the public in a respectful and
helpful manner. Each offender shall comply with the applicable regulations,
internal management policies and procedures, and facility orders regarding
contact with visitors and the public and shall maintain a dignified and
respectful demeanor while in the presence of these individuals.
(b) Each violation of this regulation shall
be a class II offense.
This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
