Kan. Admin. Regs. § 123-12-322 - Arson
(a) No offender
shall commit arson.
(b) "Arson"
shall be defined as the act of knowingly damaging any property by means of fire
or explosive.
(c) Each violation
of this regulation shall be a class I offense.
This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
