Kan. Admin. Regs. § 123-12-505 - Restrictions
(a) No offender
shall avoid, break, or violate the terms of any restriction that has been
imposed upon the offender.
(b)
Each violation of this regulation shall be a class II offense.
This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
