Kan. Admin. Regs. § 123-12-505b - Medical restrictions
(a) No offender
shall participate in any program or recreational activities, partake of food or
beverage items, or otherwise engage in any activity that is in violation of a
documented medical restriction.
(b) Each violation of this regulation shall
be a class III offense.
This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
