Kan. Admin. Regs. § 123-5-101 - Definitions
The following definitions shall be applicable to the regulations in this article.
(a)
"Alias name" means any name by which the offender in a juvenile offender case
is known or identified other than the offender's official name. The offender's
alias name could be the offender's legal name.
(b) "Official name" means the name used to
identify the offender in the particular case in which the offender is
adjudicated as a juvenile offender and committed to the custody of the
commissioner. The official name is not necessarily the offender's legal name.
This regulation shall be effective on and after April 8, 2005.
