Kan. Admin. Regs. § 129-6-73 - Medicaid determined eligibles; eligibility factors specific to pregnant women

(a) Each pregnant applicant or recipient shall meet the general eligibility requirements of K.A.R. 129-6-50. In addition, the applicant or recipient shall not be eligible for medical assistance under K.A.R. 129-6-71.
(b) Financial eligibility under this regulation shall be determined for each month as if the unborn child were already born and living with the applicant or recipient and shall be based on the number of children that the applicant or recipient is expected to deliver.
(c) Assistance under this regulation shall continue for the two calendar months following the month in which the pregnancy terminates.
