Kan. Admin. Regs. § 21-42-1 - Investigation
Any commissioner or presiding officer may request the commission to initiate an investigation whenever any possible violation of any statute, rules, orders or other authority administered by the commission appears. Upon such requests the commission may initiate such investigation.
