Kan. Admin. Regs. § 21-44-1 - Compliance review
(a) Date.
Not later than six (6) months from the date of a conciliation agreement or an
order issued under article 45 of these rules, or at any other time in its
discretion, including contract compliance review per K.S.A. 44-1032, the
commission shall investigate whether the respondent is complying with the terms
of such agreement, contract or order.
(b) Non-compliance. Upon a finding of
non-compliance, the commission shall take appropriate action to assure
compliance.
