Kan. Admin. Regs. § 21-44-2 - Reports

(a) Filing. When any person subject to the jurisdiction of the commission is required to do or perform any act by the commission order, there shall be filed with the office of the commission within thirty (30) days following the date when such requirement became effective, a notice, stating that such requirement has been met or complied with, unless the commission directs otherwise.
(b) EEO forms. Every employer, labor organization and joint labor-management apprenticeship committee subject to the Kansas act against discrimination and also subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. equal employment opportunity commission shall file with that agency the appropriate forms as required in accordance with that agency's instructions and regulations.
