Kan. Admin. Regs. § 21-70-19 - Alternatives to auxiliary aids and services
(a) If
provision of a particular aid or service by a public accommodation would result
in a fundamental alteration in the nature of the goods, services, facilities or
accommodations being offered, or is an undue burden, the public accommodation
shall provide an alternative auxiliary aid or service, if one exists, that
would not result in an alteration or undue burden.
(b) The alternative auxiliary aid or service,
to the maximum extent possible, shall ensure that individuals with disabilities
receive the goods, services, facilities or accommodations offered by the public
accommodation.
