Kan. Admin. Regs. § 26-2-4 - Revision of approved area plans, grants, or contracts
(a) The area agency
may submit a written request for revision of an area plan, grant, or contract
to the secretary for approval.
(b)
A revision of an approved area plan, grant, or contract may be approved by the
secretary, if the secretary determines that the revision is consistent with the
state plan, program priorities, or mandates and will not adversely affect the
provision of services to older persons.
(c) The area agency shall submit a request
for revision of an area plan, grant, or contract to the secretary before the
final 60 days during which the plan, grant, or contract is in effect.
