Kan. Admin. Regs. § 26-3-5 - Revision of approved subgrants or contracts
(a) A subgrantee,
contractor or subcontractor shall submit to an area agency a written request
for revision of a subgrant or contract.
(b) Any area agency may agree to a revision
of a subgrant or a contract with a non-profit public or private organization,
if the area agency determines that the revision is consistent with state and
area plans and will not adversely affect the provision of services to older
persons in the PSA.
(c) Each area
agency, before agreeing to a revision of a contract with a for-profit
organization, shall submit the revision to the department for its approval. The
request shall include a statement that the area agency has determined that the
proposed revision is consistent with the state and area plans and will not
adversely affect the provision of services to older persons in the PSA.
