Kan. Admin. Regs. § 26-3-6 - Reporting requirements
Each sub-grantee or contractee of an area agency shall:
(a) Submit program and financial reports to
the area agency deemed necessary by the department to comply with federal and
state requirements; and
(b) submit
such reports by the due dates, using the forms prescribed by the secretary.
