Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-15-58 - User charge system
Each loan applicant shall develop and, after the secretary's review and approval, adopt a rate system that shall produce adequate revenue for repayment of the loan principal and interest, and for operation and maintenance of the entire public water supply system, including depreciation.
