Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-15-65 - Project accounts

Each loan recipient shall maintain project accounts in accordance with generally accepted government accounting standards as defined in the 1994 edition of the "governmental accounting, auditing, and financial reporting" manual issued by the government finance officers association.
