Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-15a-101 - Use of bottled water
Each person operating a public water supply system shall ensure that the system uses bottled water only in accordance with 40 C.F.R. 141.101, as in effect on July 1, 2015 and hereby adopted by reference.
