Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-15a-6 - Effective dates

For each requirement in any portion of a C.F.R. adopted by reference in this article of the department's regulations with an expired effective date, completion date, or beginning compliance date, that expired date shall be replaced with the effective date of this regulation.
