Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-16-120 - Alternative ultimate disposal
Each loan applicant for a sewerage facility project shall evaluate alternative methods and technologies for the reuse or ultimate disposal of treated wastewater and residue material resulting from the waste treatment process.
