Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-16-122 - Alternative and innovative treatment
Each loan applicant for a wastewater treatment project shall demonstrate the consideration of cost effective alternative and innovative wastewater treatment processes and techniques during the planning, selection and design of the project.
