Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-16-138 - Project accounts
Each loan recipient shall maintain project accounts in accordance with or similar to generally accepted government accounting standards defined in the 1988 edition of the Government Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting manual issued by the Government Finance Officers Association.
