Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-16-7 - Deviation from plans
There shall be no deviation from plans submitted to and approved by the department, unless amended plans showing proposed changes have been submitted to and approved by the department. Copies of approved plans, specifications, application and report must be filed with the department and permit obtained before the contract for the work is let.
