Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-16-86 - Local laws not superceded
The provisions of K.A.R. 28-16-83 to 28-16-98, inclusive, shall not supercede any pretreatment requirements, including any standards or prohibitions, established by any local law as long as the local requirements are not less stringent than any set forth in the national pretreatment standards or other requirements or prohibitions established by the state or federal government.
