Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-18-7 - Public notice of permit actions and public hearings

Public notice of permit actions and public hearings shall be consistent with the requirements of K.A.R. 28-16-61. Public hearings scheduled by the department shall address only those matters for which the secretary has authority.
