Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-22-5 - Certificate of intent available
A copy of each certificate of intent shall be retained by the purchaser and one copy kept by the seller. These certificates shall be available for examination of the duly qualified officers of the Kansas state board of health at any reasonable time.
