Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-27-12 - Flash point, definition
"Flash point" shall mean, for the purposes of these regulations, the flash point as determined by the Tagliabue open cup method, as specified in the American society for testing materials method D1310-55T. The percentage of lead shall be determined as lead metal (Pb) based on the total solids of the product.
