Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-27-15 - Articles containing lead; labeling
When more than one percent of lead is the only harmful compound used in a product described in 28-27-14 the words "contains lead or other compounds harmful if eaten" may be changed to "contains more than one percent lead (Pb) harmful if eaten."
