Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-29-76 - The solid waste management (SWM) committee
Each county commission for counties planning individually, or the SWM committee on behalf of the county commissions of each county participating in a regional SWM plan, shall submit the following information to the department within the deadlines specified:
(a) Within 60 days after the SWM committee is
formed, a list of the SWM committee members. The list, and each update to the
list, shall include the following information for each SWM committee member:
(1) The name;
(2) the political entity, business, or
organization that the committee member represents; and
(3) the address, telephone number, and if
available, the e-mail address; and
(b) within 60 days of the event, each change
in the designation of the chairperson or the contact person of the SWM
committee.
