Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-35-157 - Special registration
If the reporting of each installation, or other information called for, is impractical, the secretary, upon the written request of a person and upon a finding that the public health and safety would not be adversely affected, may approve registration in such special form as the secretary may prescribe.
