Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-35-158 - Report of change
If a change is made on any x-ray equipment or other device producing radiation, or to any installation, so that information on file with the department is no longer accurate, the registrant shall notify the department, in writing, of the change, within 30 days of the date the change was made.
