Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-35-218a - Bioassays

Where necessary or desirable in order to aid in determining the extent of an individual's exposure to concentrations of radioactive material, a licensee may be required by the department, through license provisions or an order, to make available to the individual appropriate bioassay services and to furnish a copy of the reports of those services to the department.
