Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-35-309 - Registration requirements
No person shall receive, possess, use, transfer, own, or acquire a particle accelerator except as authorized in a registration issued pursuant to these regulations or as otherwise provided for in these regulations. The general procedures for registration of particle accelerator facilities are included in part 2 of these regulations.
