Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-35-348 - Utilization records
Each licensee or registrant shall maintain current utilization records, which shall be kept available for inspection by the department for two years from the date of the recorded event, showing the following information for each source of radiation:
(a)
make, model number, and a serial number or a description of each source of
radiation used;
(b) the identity
of the well-logging supervisor or field unit to whom assigned;
(c) each location where used and each date of
use; and
(d) the radionuclide and
activity used in a particular well, when dealing with tracer materials and
radioactive markers.
