Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-35-405 - Certification of compliance
Each applicant shall certify to the department that the applicant is in compliance with the emergency planning and community right-to-know act of 1986, title III, pub. L. 99-499, at the proposed place of use of the radioactive material.
