Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-35-409 - Contingency plan revision

Each licensee that is required to submit a contingency plan pursuant to K.A.R. 28-35-401 shall comply with the following:

(a) Update the contingency plan at least annually and provide the updated contingency plan to the department and to affected off-site response organizations within 30 days after the update is completed; and
(b) obtain the secretary's written approval before implementing any changes to the plan, except for updating individual names, titles, assignments of responsibility, and telephone numbers. All updates of individual names, titles, assignments of responsibility, and telephone numbers shall be reported to the department and to affected off-site response organizations within 30 days of these changes.
