Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-4-119b - Compliance with regulations
(a) An exception to
a regulation may be allowed by the department if:
(1) The applicant requests an exception from
the department on a form supplied by the department; and
(2) The secretary determines the exception to
be in the best interests of the day care child or children and their families.
(b) Written notice from
the Kansas department of health and environment stating the nature of the
exception and its duration shall be posted with the license.
