Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-51-107 - Social services
(a)
Social services offered by a licensee's employees or under a contractual
arrangement with the licensee shall be provided by a social worker according to
the patient's plan of care.
(b) The
social worker shall participate in the development of the patient's plan of
care.
