Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-51-109 - Nutritional and dietary consultation
(a) Each licensee providing nutritional and
dietary consultation services offered by the licensee's employees or under a
contractual arrangement with the licensee shall provide nutritional and dietary
consultation services according to the plan of care.
(b) Each dietitian shall evaluate the
nutritional needs of each patient requiring nutritional and dietary services
and shall participate in developing the plan of care for that
patient.
