Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-54-2 - Standards for designation

The designation of a hospital as a level I trauma center, level II trauma center, level III trauma center, or level IV trauma center shall be made by the secretary based on the following:

(a) For level I trauma centers, level II trauma centers, and level III trauma centers, verification; and

(b) for each level IV trauma center, the successful completion of an on-site survey.
