Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-72-19 - Work practice standards; collection and laboratory analysis of samples

All paint chip, dust, and soil samples collected pursuant to the work practice standards contained in this article shall meet the following conditions:

(a) Be collected by a lead inspector, risk assessor, or elevated blood lead level investigator using adequate quality control; and

(b) be analyzed by a recognized laboratory.
