Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-9-3 - Secretary issue permit in triplicate

On approval of said plans and specifications for the proposed burial structure by the engineer of the department, the secretary shall issue a permit in triplicate for the construction, and shall send two copies of the permit, approved plans and specifications to the party who makes application, and retain one copy for the files of the department.
