Kan. Admin. Regs. § 30-44-3 - Birthing hospital
(a) "Birthing
hospital" means a hospital that has a licensed obstetric care unit or is
licensed to provide obstetric services, or a licensed facility outside a
hospital that provides maternity services and is associated with a hospital.
(b) This regulation shall become
effective 45 days following publication in the Kansas Register.
